Our Story
Two podcasters on a mission to help entrepreneurs grow through podcasting
Podcast Chef was born from a simple idea: podcasting is the most powerful — and most underused — marketing channel for service businesses. We're here to change that.
Our Mission
Help entrepreneurs turn their podcasts from time-consuming hobbies into their most effective marketing and revenue channel.
Who We Serve
B2B service businesses, coaches, consultants, and agency owners who want to use podcasting strategically — not just creatively.
Our Approach
We combine proven marketing frameworks with hands-on podcast production expertise so you get results, not just episodes.

Sean Boyce
Co-Founder
Sean is a product strategist, entrepreneur, and seasoned podcaster. With a background in building and scaling software products, he brings a data-driven, growth-oriented mindset to everything he does.
He hosts Bootstrapper's Paradise — helping founders bootstrap profitable businesses — and People Analytics, exploring how data shapes the modern workplace. His experience launching and growing multiple shows is the foundation of Podcast Chef's strategic approach.

Brian Mattocks
Co-Founder
Brian is a marketing leader with deep expertise in B2B services. He's spent years helping companies navigate complex sales cycles and has seen firsthand how the right content strategy can transform a business.
He hosts A Mason's Work and the Podcast Chef flagship show Hard to Market, where he interviews marketing leaders who've cracked the code on growing businesses that are notoriously difficult to market.
Why Podcast Chef?
We've launched and grown our own successful shows. We know what works, what doesn't, and where most entrepreneurs get stuck. Podcast Chef exists because we believe every B2B founder deserves a podcast that actually drives business — not just downloads.
Together we've produced hundreds of episodes, coached dozens of entrepreneurs, and helped turn podcasts into real revenue engines.
